I think that is pretty easily interpreted as it's ok to smoke weed when you are 14 and suggesting that weed might help them grow up. Not saying that it will kill you but it definitely isn't a good idea. I'm not saying I didn't smoke then or that other people shouldn't, just that it is not at all appropriate for a mother to condone smoking weed at 14 years old.
Bullshit, My niece who is in the 5th grade is already wanting a boyfriend and talking about stuff that nobody younger than 14 should be talking about. Nobody should lose their innocence at that age.
