    BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – An elderly woman in Palm Beach County drove her car into a man on a scooter and continued on to her hair appointment, police said.

    This is why many old people should not be allowed to drive. They can be just as if not more dangerous than new 16 year old drivers.

    I somewhat agree.
    I think that after a certain age, say, 65, you should need to pass a test every other year or so to keep your liscence.
