It's really just a series of stills, probably because the security camera was one of those that captures an image every second or two instead of shooting continual footage. In one still she is pointing the gun at the guy, in the next he is lying on the ground. You never actually see anyone get shot.

welp it's still probably disturbing and gratuitous enough to not warrant a watch
