Um...this quote doesn't mean anything, especially not in context to this thread. It would be like me saying "Why should we allow self-promotion misguided liberals to delegate what we must and must not buy." It isn't an argument. It isn't even a statement. It is a question. On top of that it isn't even a question that is implicitly rhetorical.
