Join a gym, and I don't mean a Bally's Gym. I mean a boxing gym. Easiest form of defense to learn, practice, and it will get your ass into decent shape..

If I'm about to fight someone and they pull out a knife, then don't get a chance to use it.......well it kinda justifies beating them down that much more.
In some states, as long as they still hold the knife, it legalises terminal force.
