We can have a [retroactive] prize pool in the new forum currency. Something like:

Winner wins W credits
2nd place wins 55% of W
3rd place wins 30% of W

Maybe DaiTengu will generate the prize pool for free, or the entrants each pay a small amount to contribute to the prize pool, or I'll just hand them out from my own account.
