This is what's so goddamn awesome about a low carb diet:

Buy a decent polska kielbasa:




get a few eggs:




Cut the kielbasa in thirds, store 2/3 of it, and cut the rest up into about 1/4 inch pieces. (basically cut each circle into fourths)

heat a pan over medium heat, and spray a little Pam in it. Then toss in your kielbasa.

Occasionally move your kielbasa around in the pan with a spatula.

Grab some spices. I like Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, a little all-spice, and some crushed red pepper. Break your 3 eggs into a container, and add about 1/2 to 1 tsp of each. (I'm guessing here, usually I just dump a bunch in).

Add a small amount of milk to your eggs, probably like 1/8 cup. (this can be skipped, milk has a lot of carbs, but it tends to make your eggs a bit fluffier) .

add everything into your container and beat those eggs like atmosfear beats his women.


Once your kielbasa is almost done, turn the heat up to med-high, wait a little bit, and add your eggs and toss like 1/4 cup shredded cheese in.


Scramble those eggs until they're as scrambled as satori_everything's brains. The put it on a plate.

If you like, you can toss some ketchup or hot-sauce on top, whatever you desire. on top.


then you eat it. You'll never be hungry again because it's enough food to feed a small indian village.

For the non-atkins version: add some potatoes or something, i don't know. The Kielbasa can be replaced with smoked sausage or whatever else.



tl;dr: grab a sausage, some eggs, some spices and throw them in a pan. cook 'em up and enjoy.
