haha jesus. rick scarf you aren't far off the mark, we've just implemented nielson so i've been pissing around with that shit for months. i might have to fly out to the US to their HQ soon because their documentation is shocking and there are some communication issues because their english is shit.
nermy, we are a world wide company that supplies the hardware and software for a large amount of us channels including nbc, espn, mtv and i'm pretty sure the last superbowl was broadcasted using our shit too lol.
