My thoughts to cap off 2025:
- tgo tried to launch a crypto platform as another get rich quick scheme and got a handful of you excited to recreate the glory days as if we forgot that tgo was a serial bullshitter
- gina became an anti-vax conspiratard
- i have the filthy slutbus album and will drop it when the full epstein files are released with no redactions (trump is a pedo)

I made out like a bandit for the Zoints crypto stuff. I won 2 Solana tokens from some giveaway. Sold them for $500. I also got a free chromebook out of it. TGO sent me one since I didnt have a PC at the time and needed a computer for Zoints Crypto stuff. I had a decent amount of Zoints coins too.
you're definitely behind the time. all this happened about 5 years ago.
- I don't think TGO's idea was to scam people, especially not all of us, since he didn't ask for anyone to invest real money in anything. It was an OK idea, but the timing wasn't great considering the crypto ecosystem.
- gina got mad at me years ago when I would reply to her twitter conspiracy theories. I don't think she blocked me, but I eventually got bored with it.
- we're never going to see all of it. it seems like it's just a bunch of black lines and boxes.
I'm debating "upgrading" the forum to something like Xenforo. It's only a matter of time before vbulletin just won't work anymore. as it is, I have to run this on an old version of PHP.
But I don't want to shell out a bunch of money for another forum software. I'd have to turn on ads or something.
Although, I wonder if I can turn on ads for people who aren't logged in....

oh, speaking of crypto...
I finally got some money out of the Mt.Gox bankruptcy. while I had like 1.2BTC in there originally (worth about $500 or so in February of 2014 when it went belly up), I got about 0.2BTC back a year or so ago. It took me months to get it out of Kraken (you can find me bitching on Reddit about it), and moved it elsewhere. I've sold some off here and there, getting far more out of it than I ever put in. (all of it was mined)
there's a possibility I'll get a little more, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

The computer that had this on it actually locked up and stopped booting in the meantime and I haven't had the heart to hook a monitor up to it to see if it shows any signs of life in the two seconds it spends trying to boot before power cycling itself again.
