Yay! Another "my friend died" thread!

Really though, my friend Turin died last night. We weren't the best of friends, but we were pretty good friends. I graduated with him. During high school he was the one that I would get detentions with and get in trouble with. I had lost touch with him for the better part of a year and a half until I made it a point to find him and see what he was up to.

We were getting pretty close until last night. He was on his way home, doing the speed limit, when he hit a patch of black ice on a slight turn and slid into the next lane. My neighbor, Ralph, was unfortunately the one that hit him.

An '84 Scirocco vs. a Ford F-250. Need I say more?

The funeral will probably be in a couple of days. I'm not going in a suit and tie though...he wasn't that type of guy. I'll just wear a blazer and jeans.

Sorry, just needed to rant a little bit.

Edit: Oh, and he was 20.
