No nermy it is not appropriate.

But since it is full of sand niggers it doesn't matter what you wear because no one cares what they think.

I would still recommend a black leather captoe or brown oxford for business casual.

Also since it is summer I think it's ok to wear loafers but this is a bit more of a regional thing... I would never wear loafers (or drivers) in Europe and I would only wear them without socks in the Confederate States of America.

Also, yes, of course you can't wear sneaker in a business environment. It's business casual, not business slob.

i didn't say acceptable i am dumb enough to know it is not kosher (as a side note i don't eat anything kosher / halal due to ethical concerns)

I mean, depending on the nature of the meeting and your relationship with the people, it could go several ways. They might say nothing and judge you, they might say nothing and not notice (probably won't happen), they might say something and rib you, or they might say something and it will be terrible.

Could go either of those four ways. Just depends.
