I need to start running. Something I wanted to do when I was in jail, That and it'd help me in my goal to get back down to 200lbs by christmas, I worked out a lot in jail, and they fed you 2000+ calories a day in there, So I put on muscle and fat and went from 198-235 in 8 months. I'm down to 215 in a month, but that's just been my diet change to eating once a day, and staying well under 2k calories every day.

I don't want any size, I'd like definition, but right now I just want to get rid of this gut I have.
