I'm pretty sure no one in the entire world has ever called Fallout 3 too hard, even on max difficulty this is babby's first fallout.

Ehh, to be honest, my friend that said it is "Too Hard" is horribly retarded at managing resources. "Omg i'll use this stim pack when i have 2 health missing, its ok i wont need it later..." Etc etc.
