I definitely rolled with frost nova and wave of force for a while, but I have no idea how you can do it without Evocation. Even with evocation the cooldowns were way too long to ever be used effectively anywhere other than normal. Electrocute is pretty good for your level, I used it then too.

My cooldowns seem fine to me :P. But, I don't think I could live without my other passives, so thats why I have to. Your build definitely is DPS though, no support at all though haha, but I want to try it. I played with a friend earlier was also going armor/disintegrate/spark flint, but he kept moving so I couldn't inspect him =(.

Been playing around with builds and I do about 5x more damage than I used to, but I die so much more :P. Finally beat nightmare today though.
