Enchant full +alchemy gear, make potion of +enchanting, use potions to make new set of full +alchemy gear, repeat until maxed out +enchanting potions

Use max +alchemy gear to make max +blacksmithing potion

Use max +enchanting potions to make full +blacksmithing gear

smith ultimate weapons / armors
