Ok guys, I used to be really fit until I started my Junior year. I completely stopped working out due to all of my classes and crap. I started to notice my nipples show in almost every shirt I wear now, I know it's pretty funny so I have to wear jackets all the time now, even though Southern California is like on fire right now. So what is the quickest easiest way to lose them again, running or push ups?
Push ups will help to a certain extent but in the end running will be better for it. Push ups aren't necessarily going to get rid of all the fat in the area, just build muscle around it and bring them up a bit. Running on the other hand will burn fat as long as it's coupled with a decent diet. You can't really target fat loss on any specific area of the body though, so you'll probably start losing weight all over your body before your tits completely disappear.
