Jared is right. I still kind of have my bitch tits and I've lost nearly 200 pounds. However, what I've found helps is working on your pecs, and there is one less obvious thing that helps. Do exercises to strengthen your back muscles. Working out your chest and shoulders will actually make your bitch tits look bigger in the short run, and by the short run I mean until they look muscular (lol). Strengthening your back muscles causes your back to get bigger, pulling the skin back and effectively making your bitch tits look smaller. This is what has helped the most for me, in combination with diet and exercise.
