I know this just a photo, but imagining I was actually faced against this just scared me. I'm not to knowledgeable in guns, but I think that recoil would hurt my wrist. I hope you don't mind me being a total newbie. I want to know do you build up a tolerance to that sort of thing or is there something you do to strengthen your wrists?

It does hurt. But its not really in your wrist. Its between your thumb and index finger.

And as far as controlling the recoil, you have to learn proper grip techniques and just have experience with shooting guns, especially ones that recoil this much.
