My secret is metabolism alteration for weight loss. 100-200 calorie meals every 2-3 hours, 1-2 hours of cardio a day, lots of fiber, regular exfoliation, lemon juice along with lots of water.
For bulking I do what everyone else does. I try to do 2 weeks of cutting and 1 week of bulking to keep from plateauing either. I've not been holding to this over the past few months though, just cause I hurt my leg and got lazy.
