For you younger cats who are still in high school, is this commonplace now? When I was in high school they weren't allowed either, but worst case scenario it was confiscated until the end of the day and maybe you get detention. Then again I went to a small town hick school and my senior class had about 50 people.

I think it may have been how the girl refused to stop texting as the reason leading to her arrest.

I was thinking that there was more to the incident than reported, but this was a outrageous reaction to the circumstance.
