Do explain how a modern day teacher would take the phone off of a student who is unwilling to give it up? If forcefully, then you would most likely see this in the news the other way around. It would probably play out in such a way you would see the the teacher being arrested for applying force in the classroom against a student over a cell phone. Whether it be the teacher being reported for forcefully taking the phone out of the students pocket, purse, or forcefully taking it from the unwilling students hand. Either way it wouldn't go well for the teacher no matter how necessary it was. That's just the world we live in now.....
