    Actually, having read the news story, she's not completely in the wrong. This isn't some crazy black bitch going 'Aww no u aint got no nuggets up in dis house den I'ma call da pigs!". If she ordered it and they say 'sure' and she pays and then they say they don't have it then she should get her money back, simple as.
