This is a tough question because it conflicts the two primal instincts that all of us share. 1) self preservation, and 2) procreation, the two things that are essentially the purpose of life. There are plenty of people that have no desire to have children.

And if I had eternal youth forced upon me, with no difference between today or tomorrow, I'd probably have killed myself already.
