Yeah I like a good cocktail too. A good daiqari or mojito is hard to find though, so I stick to my local bars house classics.
The 99 is amazing. White chocolate vodka liqueur with a splash more vodka, double cream with a chocolate dusting and grenadine like strawberry sauce. Tastes like alcohol and childhood.

never heard of a 99. sounds disgustingly sweet but is probably nice.

honestly, any man that doesn't like a good red wine is not a real man.
white wine is a different matter, but i still really like it.

So I went to the gas station today to get some ciggs, and I remembered I was almost out of Bombay Sapphire, and I wanted a drink. But at this gas station they didnt have Sapphire (of course). The best gin the had was New Amsterdam. Ive heard is OK at best. So I guess Im gonna try it out later. I had enough bombay left for two strong drinks, so I may be good with that for tonight. But who knows.
New Amsterdam isnt nearly as good as Bombay Sapphire BTW. Its tolerable.
And this is after two strong drinks. I can only imagine how it is for a first drink.
Its not that its gross, it just doesnt have the "good gin" taste to it. I guess they dont infuse all the botanicals as much.
Scotch.
A good 12-15 year single malt. Preferably Islay.
Honestly, my favorite is the Laphroaig 18. Once you start getting past 18 years, the Scotch you're drinking begins tasting more like a liquid splinter than a Scotch.
On my current income: I buy a case of MIckey's 40 ounce malt liquor. What I would prefer: A good dark microbrew. Of the microbrews that I have enjoyed: Boulevard, O' Fallon, Arrogant Bastard Ale, Chimay, Schlafley, New Belgium, Newcastle, St. Peter's, Stone Brewing. If it has to be liquor, I think you cant beat bourbon, and would go for makers mark.
Went to the bar a few nights ago and was drinking Johnny Walker Black Label on the rocks. It was pretty good, but I drink stuff on the rocks so slow, so I switched to Johnny Walker and club soda. Also good.
But I ended up going back to old faithful before the end of the night. Bombay Sapphire and club soda with lime. And I bought another half gallon of it on the way home.
If you're out to get just good-and-drunk, Vodka and grape soda. You can have the cheapest vodka in the world (Gordon's springs to mind), and the Grape Soda will cover up the taste. You can usually mix 1/2 & 1/2 without noticing you're drinking an alcoholic beverage.
We call it a wobbler, but I'm sure the rest of you have fancy names for it as well.
TBQH after I turned 21 I quit drinking them.
O'doul's because i drink to get wasted
thats because it was a british beer, marketed with the "exoticism" of australia.
The fact that its terrible is just a coincidence.

Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat. I rarely drink, but when I do, it's those.
151 or Bacardi Gold. Kthx
You know what?
I'm starting to like classic cocktails.
I already really liked traditional the traditional-style Martini (although it's always made with vodka now...). And now I'm into dry Manhattans.
I'm going to start exploring more of them.
If you're going to call James Bond gay, then... that's you :|
Next you're going to tell me that Friedrich I of Prussia is a big flaming gay...
big flats + bourbon whiskey, any kind is good, i prefer bourbons that are at least 5 years old but if no high ends are available then i'll always enjoy a handle of the honey bourbon
