1) Put more money into Education and abolish the No Child Left Behind Act.
2) Have a no tolerance gun control act past.
3) By some miracle, make Social Security an independent trust fund once again.
4) Allow inmates to fight to the death in exchange for freedom (in which they would be shipped off to Canada) in a Gladiator style pit of death.

i definately like this one but give them the chance to chose canada or france

Though I wouldn't want to appear soft on someone who had to kill fellow inmates and survive the lion pit, I suppose I could at least give them the option of France.
