I don't think the Education or Nursing workforce has ever been well off. There are several schools here in Utah who use volunteer teachers who have "Life experience" to help mold the future of our nation. Worst fuckin' idea ever considering half of these volunteers are either so over the hill that their degrees were void two decades ago or so green the the ink on their high school diplomas hasn't even dried.
