OK she consented to make the tapes. She consented to me having them. They are now my property and I can do what I want with them. So we take money out of the equation so it's not blackmail. Anything I do with them is perfectly legal. It might not be "nice", but right now I couldn't give a flying fuck less about nice. If you don't want sex tapes of yourself getting into the wrong hands, don't make sex tapes and if you're going to make sex tapes, either keep them yourself or don't be a douchebag to the person that has them.
