Here's an idea: next time she calls you, tell her you're sorry for...whatever it is she thinks you did to her...then let her hang up on you.
She walks away with closure, thinking she's won something. It costs you nothing and you gain peace and quiet you want. Keep the tape for when you're old and wretched and all your achievements were in the dimly remembered past.
