I don't have any particular expertise or skill in any one thing. I think I'm a novice jack-of-all trades, one who knows little about a lot and does a lot of many things. If I can remember, there was someone on here who was athletic enough to try for the Olympics, a poetic seducer (not angelface), and some of you could probably code this forum from the bottom up.

I am a good athlete, and learn very quickly

Running. At everything else I'm average at best, but whatever powers that be blessed me with a set of lungs and legs like Secretariat. My parents entered me in an open all-ages track meet when I was like 10, for fun, and at 10 years old I ran a sub 6-minute mile with no training. That was the point that they realized they had something. My Jr. High track and field records still stand.

I'm a B student, pretty average looking, not exceptionally witty or artsy, just a regular college freshman in all other respects, but if all goes as it's going right now by my Jr. year I could conceivably be #1 Division 1 CC runner nation wide.

I like to think I'm a good driver. Not a "safe" or "defensive" driver, mind you, but one that can get from place to place quicker than most people and one that can really bullshit the cops. I've yet to be in a wreck or get a ticket, save one for littering and I wasn't the one who was driving.

I'm a good reader. I first read the original Terry Brooks Shannara series in grade 2 (i.e. about 6 years old) and I've probably read something like 2 or 3 thousand books of all different kinds since then.

As a result, my general knowledge, spelling and grammar is pretty decent too.

I would like to think that I'm at least a little better than most ass holes who go out and decide to waste their money on instruments but my opinion is obviously a little biased.
