Oh, in seriousness: I think about it, then I overthink it. Then I sleep poorly. Then I go to co-workers for advice. Then I typically don't take the advice and try to work things out for myself.
The best thing, for me, when I've got problems is to actually help someone else with theirs. It helps me take my mind off shit for a little bit and I feel kind of good after.
