    Unhappy I'm a weakling.

So at work my supervisor told me to bring the cutlery from the kitchen over. Our cutlery is stored in bins. Well I tried. But it was too heavy for me. I asked the dishwasher to help me. She picked it up by herself. I asked one of my coworkers to pick up the rest. He picked them up. Then one of the kitchen staff transfered the bins off the cart to the floor. He said it wasn't that heavy. Now people know that I am weaker than them. I feel so weak. My coworkers are stronger than me. What should I do?

Oh. I don't have any. That would mean I have to either go to the gym or buy some. Could I use some furniture or boxes or my computer or tv or something? It is 3:43 am. Stores are closed now. True, weights would help. It would take some time to work. So I guess I have to still be weak for now. Thanks. Hopefully something around the house would work so I don't have to buy a gym pass or weights.

Some people who are weak don't care they are weak. But yeah, if they do care than weights.

    Lol.
    Instant girlfriend.
    Instant no longer weak.
    Thanks.
But if I bulk up I would get heavier. I'd rather lose weight or stay the same weight I am now. I don't like gaining weight anymore. I would prefer to get more muscle and less fat but not sure if I can without gaining weight.

Get a man. Then stay at home and clean and cook and have children.

You're the reason cheuvinism still exists.

I like to look at it more like internet performance art.

S_E isn't only entertaining, but is of significant cultural importance also.

i think you should lift heavy things at home. start with light things then do heavier things. i think this will strengthen your arms. then you can lift stuff at work.

or you could get a backbrace. that might help you lift stuff.

If you want to gain strength without gaining weight, starting running/biking/etc. (and eating right, if you aren't already) as well as lifting. You'll lose fat as you gain muscle.

Why did this question require a thread.

    Try lifting your house/apartment building.

It's probably too heavy but you never know, sometimes people surprise themselves.

Satori I feel like every task you perform you do it in slow motion. Like you move through life as if you were permanently underwater.

Thanks for telling us. I was wondering if you could actually lift things and now I know you can't.

Flirt/be nice with my male coworkers. Try to convince one of them to like me/be my boyfriend? I think that is probably what some of my other female coworkers do. Except they all have boyfriends so the guys are willing to just be friends.

I was thinking about lifting heavy stuff at home. So thanks for the idea. I think most people lift weights. Weights would be easier. But at least this method is free.

I thought running and biking help with endurance and make your legs stronger. I don't know about arms. You could be right. It could help maintain your balance and stability. So I don't feel like I am going to fall over and drop the bin. I eat mostly cereal, noodles, peanut butter sandwiches at home. I thought I got enough protein. Maybe I should buy fruits or vegetables. At work I eat healthier as I eat leftover food. Maybe my diet at home isn't high enough in protein and vitamins. Especially since sometimes I only work two days a week. So changing my home diet might help. Thanks.

Update: Some furniture is hard to move around. I don't want to lift up my tv stand because my tv is on it and I don't want to take out the cable. I don't want to lift up my computer desk because I don't want to unplug my computer as I am using it now. I put some boxes of stuff on my desk and lift it. I have to pile quite a bit and balance it so it doesn't fall off. Most of my boxes are light. It is really awkward as my hands are really fall apart as the boxes are there. It seems like I am lifting the desk with my legs more. My legs end up pressed against the desk. Otherwise I get off balance and my boxes fall off the desk. I sure hope what I am doing helps and is not a waste of time.

    It's really not that difficult

"So should I ask out this girl I work with? She's really cute and we always talk to each other, but I'm afraid that she'll think that I'm weird for asking her out on a date."

    I just did it
