I made sushi yesterday. As it was with my parents, it was vegetarian-u.

It's not very difficult, actually. The rice's consistency was perfect, and that's probably the most difficult thing to achieve: it was stiff enough to hold the sushi's shape but not dry. However, I added way too much rice vinegar, a mistake I won't repeat.

We had asparagus, avocado, and egg+swiss chard sushi. All were quite good, though some were more neatly rolled than others. And next time I make egg sushi, I'll be sure to cook it up into a taller omelet.

Now to find sushi-quality fish-u for real onii shiro sushi happy fun time *^_^*
