Yeah, that's no surprise... I was going to put that in my post but I got lazy.

Anyways, the point was that a smaller gun would either have nearly the same recoil or worse recoil than a larger one.

And on semi auto pistols, the slide flying back and then back up to chamber the next round will add some felt recoil.
